When we are prepared for our death, the way we live changes profoundly. When we are knowledgeable about the process of dying, we can care for the dying without fear. In this daylong workshop, Dr. Nida will teach on the process of dying according to the holistic science of Tibetan Medicine. He will explain in detail how the body, energy, and mind transform in the final stages of life, in relation to how they came together in the time after conception. He will also offer advice on how to navigate and compassionately support the dying process according to Tibetan medical wisdom, whether we are preparing for our own transition, or caring for a patient, client, or loved one.
This workshop is open to everyone, with no prerequisites.
