FTTM 3.1: Lifestyle Guidelines in TTM

In this module, we will study the practical lifestyle guidelines used in Tibetan Medicine to prevent disease and maintain health, as well as relieve symptoms and cure the root of disease. These lifestyle methods are customized to each individual’s typology, and include advice on sleep, sexuality, massage, exercise, social life, spirituality, and living in harmony with the seasons.
