Nejang Tibetan Healing Yoga

Nejang is a simple-yet-profound Tibetan healing yoga practice consisting of breath work, self-massage, and simple physical exercises. It is designed to improve the function of the sense and inner organs, open the channels, balance the energy, and relax the mind.

With roots in the Tibetan Kalachakra tradition, Nejang has been prescribed to patients by Tibetan doctors for centuries due to its ability to support health and cure disease. It can be done at home as a short daily practice to support health and well-being.

Nejang is also well-suited to seniors and those with limited mobility, due to its simple-to-learn and gentle movements, and the ability to do it as a seated (rather than standing) practice.
