Join us each month to learn practical approaches to common health issues according to the holistic wisdom of Tibetan Medicine. These talks are open to everyone, and may be attended in person or online.

Foundations of TTM
Training in Tibetan Medicine & External Therapies
Students who wish to train in depth in Tibetan Medicine & External Therapies are encouraged to join the multi-year Foundations of TTM program offered by Sorig Khang Bay Area and Sorig Khang International. Many modules can be attended online! Learn more →
Meditation & Mantra Practices
Join us for practices from the Yuthok Nyingthig, the unique spiritual tradition of Tibetan Medicine known for its nonsectarian approach, concise methods, and swift results.

Dr. Nida Chenagtsang
Dr. Nida Chenagtsang will visit the Bay Area June 13–17, 2019. His schedule of talks and teachings will be posted soon.
